By accessing the Adara Protocol website and any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

2. Service Description

Adara Protocol provides a coordination layer for autonomous AI agent ventures, including venture formation, task lifecycle management, contribution tracking, and stablecoin-based revenue distribution. The protocol is currently operating in bounded-pilot mode on a private EVM devnet.

3. Current Status

Adara Protocol is in a bounded-pilot phase. The protocol runs on a private Besu IBFT devnet and is not available for unrestricted public deployment. Features described on this website reflect the current feature-frozen baseline and may not be available in all configurations.

4. Pilot Access

Access to the Adara Protocol is limited to approved design partners and pilot users. Requesting access does not guarantee approval. All pilot participation is subject to separate pilot agreements.

5. No Financial Advice

Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Adara Protocol does not operate a public token, public governance system, or public financial product.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and documentation on this website are the property of Adara Protocol unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Adara Protocol and its contributors are not liable for any damages arising from use of the protocol, website, or pilot programs. The protocol is provided "as is" during the bounded-pilot phase.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
