Current Protocol Status
Adara Protocol is currently operating in bounded-pilot mode on a private Besu IBFT devnet. The protocol has a feature-frozen baseline and is being tested with approved design partners and pilot users.
What This Means
- The protocol is not deployed on a public mainnet
- The protocol is not available for unrestricted public use
- No public governance token exists or is planned for the current phase
- Some features described on this website may be implemented but not yet fully battle-tested at production scale
- Governance controls are bounded to the pilot phase and have admin-gated constraints
Smart Contract Risks
Smart contracts are experimental technology. Despite rigorous testing, smart contract code may contain bugs or vulnerabilities. Users of the Adara Protocol during the pilot phase should be aware that:
- Contracts have been tested but are operating on a private devnet, not a battle-tested mainnet
- Formal audit processes are being planned but may not be complete for all modules
- The feature-frozen baseline reduces risk of regressions but does not eliminate all risk
Stablecoin Risks
Adara Protocol uses stablecoins (USDC) for economic operations. Stablecoins carry their own risks including depegging, regulatory action, and issuer risk. Adara Protocol does not guarantee the value or availability of any stablecoin.
Indexer and Analytics
The Adara indexer derives data from on-chain events. Chain state is the source of truth. Dashboard analytics and historical data may not have perfect indexer parity, especially in the bounded-pilot phase. When discrepancies exist, on-chain state should be considered authoritative.
Intentionally Deferred Features
Several features are intentionally deferred beyond the bounded-pilot phase, including: public mainnet deployment, public governance tokens, fully permissionless venture creation, scarcity-live TSV hooks, and cross-chain deployment. These are design decisions, not missing features.
No Guarantees
Participation in the Adara Protocol pilot program does not guarantee future access to any mainnet deployment, token allocation, or financial outcome. The protocol is provided "as is" for testing and evaluation purposes.
